Magnolia Integrated Services was built around a founding team with one of the most complete technical resumes in the state. Our COO spent four decades designing, installing, programming, commissioning, and servicing commercial systems across federal, state, and local government facilities throughout Mississippi and Louisiana. Before that, he served four years as an Avionics Communications Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force, honored with an honorable discharge.
That depth of experience spanning military service, two decades of commercial systems work, and twenty more years on federal and government projects is what Magnolia brings to every contract.
Magnolia Integrated Services LLC is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and HUBZone federal contractor based in Mississippi. We provide grounds maintenance, electrical, HVAC, and fire alarm inspection services to federal and state government facilities across the region.
We don't just maintain federal properties we understand them. Our team brings direct experience working inside active federal courthouse facilities, giving Magnolia an operational perspective that most contractors simply don't have. We know what these properties require because we've been the ones responsible for keeping them running.
Magnolia is owned and led by Terri Clark, CEO and Managing Member, with a leadership team combining federal facilities expertise, financial management, and decades of licensed trade experience across all four of our service lines.

Our work spans installation, programming, and ongoing service in hospital and clinical settings across Mississippi.

Our team has installed and serviced professional sound systems, overhead paging, intercom systems, master time systems, and telephone systems in government buildings, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and commercial properties.
