Grounds Maintenance Magnolia provides professional grounds maintenance services for federal installations, state facilities, and municipal properties throughout Mississippi. Our services include mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, seasonal cleanups, and ongoing turf management delivered on schedule and to specification.
Electrical Our licensed electrical team provides commercial and light industrial electrical services including installation, maintenance, repair, and inspection. We hold the credentials and experience to perform quality electrical work on government and institutional facilities in compliance with NEC 2020 standards.
HVAC Magnolia delivers heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair services for commercial and government facilities. We understand the uptime demands of federal and state clients and respond with professionalism and speed to keep critical systems running.
Fire Alarm Systems Our fire alarm division provides inspection, testing, maintenance, and installation services for commercial fire alarm and life safety systems. Our team brings deep technical expertise in NFPA 72 compliance keeping your facility safe and your inspections current.
